Pros

Good vibe with staff, good events including annual Christmas party.

Cons

Not afraid to fire you for no valid reason after years of contribution. Management are poor and would prefer standing and chatting in the smokers area than helping their staff. When they are not doing this they are “working from home” but uncontactable. The amount of KPI’s you are expected to meet make you feel like a robot. Not to mention the abuse you cop on the phone on a day to day basis. The business is also offshoring which removes over 50% of career development opportunities within the company. Overall terrible place to work.
