Pros

Good location if you drive, on site parking. Some roles have a possibilities of progressing.

Cons

No loyalty to long term staff. Make you work on things that are absolutely against your moral values to the point that it makes you mentally ill - but don't worry they have private healthcare to send you to when you're having a breakdown! 21 days holiday. Unrealistic Work/Life balance expectations. Untrustworthy HR department.

Pros

Great company to work for, if you want to program on genuinely exciting technology then this is a great place to be and grow. * Impactful Technology * Positive Working Environment * Wide Technology Stack (C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, ASP.NET) * Flexible Working Hours * Friendly People

Cons

Salary could be more competitive and if you don't drive and live outside of Glasgow it can be a bit of a faff to get in via train. However, flexible start and end times stop this from being a big issue.
