The only good thing about the job are your coworkers Good benefits

Cons

Management makes false promises and you won’t be able to move up in the company until after 3-4 years of good performance Pay is one of the worst that I have been offered and low balled me every time receiving a raise Engineering teams that work with each other are dysfunctional and points fingers at each other vs fixing issues A lot of people are “fake nice” at the company and I have had coworkers brew up distain for one another where it affects the work environment. The company talks about culture from a HR level but disregards it when it comes to day to day tasks. But when it comes to work politics, culture is held to the highest level. I have coworkers being falsely accused of harassment by others at the company. Then have been blacklisted from getting any other opportunities to move up at the company.

This company is focused on developing a deep community within their organization. Pay and benefits are competitive and in some cases generous. Very nice people.

Cons

Long tenure and tight-knit relationships can be hard to advance upward if you aren't friends with the right people or don't have seniority. The pace of innovation and decision-making can also be slow as many decisions are made democratically.
