Good paid time off policy for vacation and sick time. Great culture to work for - employees care about each other. Decent benefits, including health, vision, and dental insurance as well as 401k matching. Company often hires from within and sometimes creates roles to fit a certain need, making career advancement more flexible.

Cons

No remote work. Work/life balance can be a challenge depending on who your manager is (i.e., some frown on taking sick time). Compensation is not very competitive, though the culture helps make up for that. Senior management/executives are cautious with new tech and can stagnate growth. Hires are not very diverse, though the company is working on improving that.
