      Unfortunately not too many pros! Global business experiences Smart teammates

      CEO does not trust anybody but himself Does not know how to grow revenue as they don't understand or appreciate sales and marketing Product strategy is confused and conflicted People are treated horribly (laid off on New Years Eve by e-mail as one example!)

      Pros

      Those here who are terminally ill are the happiest. A member of staff fell down the stairs last week and cried. Cried tears of joy the the time off the fractured pelvis would bring.

      Can't think of any, junior candidates stay away

      Inhumane environment, "strong management" culture resulting in threats of losing your job, low comp, super-secretive management makes you feel like something shady is happening here.
