The company does not care about loyalty. Not that long ago, many experienced people with more than 15+ years in their respected companies were let go. Not knowing what these people responsibilities or their values to their products were, they were let go on New Year’s Eve by email. Who does that? The company is growing by acquisitions of more IT companies and hiring of graduates. But talented people are leaving before they get the boot. Don’t be deceived by some great reviews. They are done by the new graduates who don’t know any better.

Resources squeezed everywhere, underpayment of staff, rotational graduates used to the upmost. All this is reflected by the leaving of clients.
