None Please note the reviews on the leadership development program are a sham. Only recent graduates can get in because they are cheap and inexperienced. They don't know what a good corporate culture is so they don't know they are being taken advantage of. Feel bad for the people in that program. You can do better!

Cons

Too many to list. -No trust from the top -not running a business but like a private equity fund: buy cut milk for cash - culture is cut throat, depressing for above mentioned reasons

- Very intelligent people to work with which help you groom your personality and corporate skills. - Being associated with ION gives you an immense opportunity to communicate with clients globally with different mind set and attitude. - Good and stable work environment. They believe in Give and Take policy. If you work hard, you are appreciated well else you are not. - Flat hierarchy and open culture which makes it easy to reach anyone for help and guidance.

Cons

- Initially the senior management was less transparent but now they are improving their communication with all ION members. - Need to improve on external branding as this is impacting company's reputation. People who are non performers try to hamper company's reputation because of this.
