      the company is a leader in voice trading for the financial markets. the products are utilizing state of the art technology, the work is challenging and very rewarding

      Cons

      The voice trading business is under pressure due to new regulations that were imposed on the banks. the company is an LBO owned by a private equity.

      Get real hands-on experience. It's not always just filing or doing random stuff for the manager.

      Cons

      No one gets recognized for a job well done but are always criticized no matter what we do! And that's not limited to interns, but regular employees experience the same thing as well. I feel like interns even stay longer than employees because we had to, but the turnover rate of real employees are staggering!!
