      Pros

      A person is free to work within the company limits bearing in mind the company policies, ethics and compliance and has the ability to provide his/her opinion openly. IPC is an excellent organization to work with.

      Cons

      Salary is a downside of the organization, even though market pays 30-50 % better than the organization. Annual increment is another downside. Instead of the hike being in line with the country, the hikes seem to be in line with corporate style

      Pros

      If you would like to learn how to navigate in corporate America; IPC is a wonderful place to work as you were given opportunity to learn and make mistakes (if neccessary).

      Cons

      Probably the only one is that IPC's senior managment is very ambitious to grow revenue and business. So expect to have fairly heavy load to work as R&D staff.
