      Pros

      Professional Environment. Free subway sandwich twice a week. Strictly a 9-5 job

      Cons

      Not so many smart professional employess say from fortune 500 and the rest. There is no proper structure put in place for smooth work process, and franchisees are always complaning, and never satisfied. Very rigid to change. There is also this thing going on where their so called smart employees are all on a particular floor, and the "MINORITY" employess are on another floor.In a nut shell, they occupy three floors where each floor and department represents certain race...If you know what I mean. ...

      Pros

      Exposure to cutting edge VOIP trading technology. If you are willing to give up nights and weekends, you can expect great job security.

      Cons

      There is very little room for advancement. Expectations of 50-70+ hour work weeks on a regular basis. This is a high stress environment and has been for the last 4 years. Training was not provided and no requests for training were honored.

      Pros

      Management tries to get NJ and CT offices to connect at a personal level to foster working relationships annually - kudos for that.

      Cons

      Cube environment - they were remodeling when I left to remove offices to expand cube office space. Although there are some people with longevity there, IPC likes to contract w/developers. To me, there is too much product knowledge lost that way.
