      Pros

      Good bunch of people working there. Generally decent compensation

      Cons

      Extremely political place to work Favoritism runs rampant Engineering department is a sweatshop Executive management is elitist Product Management suffers from "not invented here" syndrome.....not big fans of input or criticism

      Pros

      You will never be bored or idle there is always more work than you can anticipate. Very nice group of engineers who really care for the company. Executive management team (CEO & CFO only) is fantastic.

      Cons

      Extremely political R & D group. Senior management in R & D lacks leadership, vision and innovation. Greedy brunch with no character or integrity. Sweatshop like work environment inculcates and encourages DO AS I SAY otherwise face consequences. Lack of respect for employee work life balance. Extremely overbearing senior management team. Extremely judgmental grudge bearing in employee evaluations

      IPC is a very typical US comany, neither good or bad.

      Pros

      If you would like to learn how to navigate in corporate America; IPC is a wonderful place to work as you were given opportunity to learn and make mistakes (if neccessary).

      Cons

      Probably the only one is that IPC's senior managment is very ambitious to grow revenue and business. So expect to have fairly heavy load to work as R&D staff.
