Great product and business model, interesting and dynamic work, results oriented, travel opportunity, a few very nice colleagues to work with.

Cons

Bad workplace culture, excessive micromanagement, finger-pointing and not collaborative, lack of trust amongst employees, highly stressful, focused on short-term goals only. Very high-turnover, lack of transparency from upper-management

I wish I could say some something kind here. Most of the people were nice.

Cons

This is a terrible company to work for. They churn through staff and pay well below market average for similar roles. Even more concerning is the reputation of the company. When I tried to more to another role in another company they seemed concerned that I worked at IQPC and would not have the adequate skills to get the job done. Do yourself a favour and don’t work here.

I'm very happy to hear that you appreciated the experience you had working with a broad network of executives in many industries and you had an opportunity to gain real world experience in all aspects of conference production. I won't deny that this can be a stressful environment, but that is the norm within this industry because we work on extremely high profile projects. The upside is that with great challenges come great rewards, and many of our staff have enjoyed a great deal of success with IQPC.
