It is an intellectually demanding role, but the support given by team leaders and other departments help you to rise to the challenge. The range of conference topics ensures no month is the same, continually advancing your intellect and ability to produce interesting and relevant agendas. A huge focus at IQPC is topic generation and to come up with fresh, topical issues that will perform well in providing solutions for a range of industries. This is a highly satisfying aspect as it adds that extra dimension to the role. All departments get on really well and there is an excellent 'team' atmosphere, not to mention a lot of celebration of success!

The best events company I have worked for - the production team are like one big family. Support is always there when you need it. Employees are equipped with all the skills needed through training and support. Management are encouraging and flexible - always ready to hear your ideas and help drive them forward. The MD is brilliant and always approachable. Great place to work - you will gain invaluable skills; friendly environment; lots of international travel; ongoing support and lots of fun!
