Reviews are fake and pushed by HR because the business is shady
Pros
Some of the people there became my lifelong friends, however it is very cliquey and you would definitely struggle if you were an outsider. They will hire people who don't have degrees but good CX experience so a god place to start in the professional world at least.
Cons
First major con and red flag is that all the 5 star reviews are fake and heavily pushed by HR, they will ask if you left a review nd check. Second is the cliquey-ness of the office, lots of shady backstabbing from all levels of management. Upper management were terrible to certain divisions and increased stress by providing ridiculous punishments', such as banning certain venues for lunch or morning revs. You're expected to work 8.30-5.30 (some divisions even earlier 8-7pm) and only break for an hour at lunch which felt like I was on a timer and shamed if it was late. Absolutely no work life balance. MD was a micromanager and would intimidate teams by watching everyone work. Lots of people got unfair promotions/job upgrades without the opportunity being open for everyone. They have a massive turnover of staff, even worse post-pandemic. <40k wage which does not outweigh any of the cons or efforts you have to put into this job.
