Pros
There are some pros within working at IQPC, but most of them I'd need a week to come up with.
Cons
Working at IQPC is strenuous, backbreaking and unprofessional. Stringent rules and corporate bureaucracy create red tape to getting anything worthwhile accomplished. New ideas are not welcomed and if you even think of veering off course to get something done, you are promptly reprimanded harshly. I wouldn't recommend anyone work at this company if you can find something else. Whatever they tell you in your interview, take it with a grain of salt, because most of it will be duplicitous and deceitful. The workforce is older and antiquated and it spreads throughout the company culture. I don't expect this company to last much longer.
