Pros

I have had a great experience working for IQPC. The earning potential is honest, there is room to move up and travel. The company is one of the most established events companies in the business and offers a really product you can be proud to get behind.

Cons

Lay-offs happened during Covid and those people weren't brought back. High turnover right now which is happening everywhere can make it hard to keep morale up. Some managers are better than others. With some recent turnover it has gotten better but not fully there yet.

Terrible management, 90% don't pass probation, very common to witness people being terminated was not discreet at all many people subject to the walk of shame
