Fast paced marketing role, with plenty of opportunity and growth

Pros

Great team with plenty of scope to learn. Additional development opportunities are made available also. Clear structure and pathway laid out to the next career step / opportunity within the business. You gain experience across many marketing channels. Flexible working. Really enjoyed my time at this company, met some great people and learnt a lot.

Cons

Profit share lowest amongst the business, which is a shame. The role can be fast paced and it’s possible to fall behind targets, but this is the same within most organisations in the industry - staying organised is key.
