so obvious that MD and HR have written most of the positive reviews (not the one about the employee being sick – that is true but company have no choice and have to help that employee anyways). I saw the positive reviews. I don’t think so if the MD stays late it means the company will do well. She should stay late right? The company is in this condition because of her decisions. She only helps few employee. The rest of the time ignores people. does not have basic manners. In front of guests from other offices, acts very kind and polite and as if she is with employee. Double face.

Pros

None that I can think of now. Worked here for 4 years.

Cons

The leadership of this company is very bad. Staff who have been there long time get fired because of cost cutting instead of working on increasing revenue just to show profit to owners. The MD has a short term vision instead of a long term plan. No one is Happy at the company and have to hide it because of Fear of losing their jobs. Owners need to see this.

However, it is a necessary milestone in every organization’s journey to deliver long term growth and vision. Please know, that any change we have bought is never with the intention of diminishing any person’s individual contribution to the company or simply to control costs. It is based on business need in changing economic conditions. We empathize with our people and always strive to provide the necessary support to make the fallback from these difficult situations a little easier, for example by holding off visa cancellation or prolonging medical insurance coverage. They have a good approach to training the fundamentals of sales.

Cons

Middle management are ruthless bullies and the upper management are ineffectual and driven only by inertia
