- Fantastic training opportunities - especially the Managers Development programme. - If you show you are invested in the company, high management will invest their resources in you - High management open to trying new ideas - You are allowed to make mistakes as long as you learn from there - Very good work / life balance - we are not expected to work late, just work smart. - HR have recently invested more into work / health benefits

Cons

-Websites and brochures need updating - Office layout could be improved - a place to eat lunch would make all the difference - Not enough meeting rooms - There are a lot of events - must be able to prioritise and manage your time

Absolutely none! Worst events business ever

Cons

Toxic environment, bad management, no career progression. Inappropriate MDs and directors, absolutely outrageous and corrupt HR system. Terrible offices, misleading (non existent) employees benefits. Worst company I’ve ever worked for
