      Sales training is secind to none. Managers invest time in your training, progression and sales success.

      Cons

      Delivery on product can be poor which creates a challenge for ongoing client relationships.

      Pros

      I've been at IQPC for almost two years, and am very happy with the opportunities provided to me. The main pros are having a defined career path in the producer role, getting our of the office to attend the events and the supportive management/ staff culture. You'll learn a lot about the producing process and world of business but also be able to put your own stamp on the events you create. Collaboration between teams is really good too.

      Cons

      Not that i can think of right now. Not necessarily a con- but the role can be really fast paced at times, especially in the lead up to an event.

      I have been with IQPC for 2 years and I have met some of the greatest mentors and leaders here. I have been able to learn and grow within the company thanks to the support i have received from the entire management team.

      The office structure can be improved.
