Pros
Been linked with IQPC for almost 1.5 years and couldn't have asked for better. I am recently suffering from an illness that could cost me my job and demanded me to stay away for almost 4-5 months but the management made sure they supported me to the brim and had all the arrangements made for me to work remotely and help me with my hospital visits by constantly checking on my insurance. Further they adjusted so much to ensure I am physically, emotionally and mentally okay to move on. The support has been unbelievable considering the fast moving environment and demand of the job, they still chose to consider my health as an human and treated me just how they say it - as a member of the IQPC family! Big shoutout to the MD for being the super-woman, my DD and HR :)

The job demands stress and time management and if you know how to deal with it you can deal with IQPC!
