Fantastic Culture, Opportunities for progression, Engaging work content, Great support, Opportunity to learn a broad range of business and sales skills

Cons

Might be long hours for some however i find that natural in a sales role and plenty of breaks are allowed in between so that you don't get burnt out (8.30am-5.30pm)

Pros

The fast pace means the job is always exciting and bringing new challenges. This fast pace also means that you can learn a lot in a short amount of time and so it’s a great place to develop a whole range of new skills. One of the best things about IQPC is its great culture and cross team dynamics, as everyone is social, friendly and is working together to make great events.

Cons

The learning curve is steep, but if you can get past it this can ultimately be a good thing
