Pros
If you’re someone that’s a self starter, you can find success in this role if you’re patient!!! Also kind people that work hard and are happy to help most of the time.
Cons
Commission expectations suggested in interview 20-30k beyond out of reach. Poor training. Marketing generates most valuable leads so until you find your grounding, you struggle for awhile. Lastly, the managing director, I won’t say his name, is very abrasive and does absolutely nothing to motivate his team or work with people outside of management.
