You'll get to meet some great people here. Location: Very close to a pub.

Cons

- Avoid working within the LSE Outbound function at all cost. - Lack of business decisions. All decisions that are made are personal (If the directors like you, you will get promoted and given a pay rise within 4 months). If you are disliked, they will slowly push you out of the company and you will know it! - A highly KPI driven organisation which will push you to the limits. - The training given isn't anything special. It's extremely repetitive and boring. It's a session for your director to boast about how he thinks of himself so highly.

The company rewards you if you sell a lot

Cons

no such thing as "Miss conduct" if you're one of the highest sellers. If you can sell well then any behaviour is excused. Open house to anyone.

It is an international company, very good to start a career and develop yourself. It is like a trampoline for a better job. Very good for networking.

Cons

Low salaries, old technology and systems. Structure is complicated, every is centralized in USA and management of other offices has not so much power to take decisions.
