The Example of How Not to Run a Company
Pros
Will hire fresh grads for entry-level positions if you're just getting started in the workforce. Decent sales training.
Cons
Sexist and toxic workplace culture with a corrupt HR department that will not investigate sexual harassment or hostile work environment claims. There was more than on incident among the delegate team when I worked there. Sales goals were unattainable and based on number of outbound phone calls like it was 2003 instead of 2017 & 2018. Salaries do not match cost of living by any means and commision is not enough to survive on either. Only 30 minutes for lunch and definitely a "butts in seats" job where they want to watch your every move, control how often you stand up, yell at you for walking in on time or 2 minutes late, treat employees like cattle, give no space to work in, pressure employees to drink after work and at functions. There was also clear favoritism not based on performance but how good looking you were as a girl or good of a "bro" you were as a guy. When I was there, we had no female management of any kind all the way up to the top level of the company. The Sponsorship sales team was also all men. Don't work somewhere like this if you can avoid it. Worst place I've ever worked. I'd rather be a waitress or a underpaid nanny or scrub floors than ever work here again.
