Can't believe this company has been around so long. Suckering companies to come to events that cost 50k - leading them on that they will meet C Level Executives LOLL - they can look them up on line and Linked In for FREE! They lie about commission - how much you can make You are like cattle herded into you cubical with the rest of the "team" Don't sign up unless you're desperate - get a real career in Insurance - Finance - Real Estate -

1. The company lets you start working on live/real tasks quick. 2. Compensation maybe decent ( it depends on individual) ...but it may not seem as attractive once you're really working in the company because of factors such as culture and management

Cons

1. Micro-managing environment. To the extent of being unreasonable due to inefficient structures and systems in place. So you can imagine, everyone rushing to meet certain deadlines like a mad dog, and all of which could be avoided if forward thinking is in place 2. Commission is not attractive anymore ( for sales), holding back certain percentage of commission to ensure you continue staying in the company. 3. Ineffective administration \ 4. No welfare in office. In terms of pantry supplies. Just a basic water and coffee dispenser 5. Flat structure therefore not easy to get promotion
