The difficulty of the job forces you to up your game or die trying. I am a better sales person because of it.
Cons
They have a revolving door culture and don't allow for employee growth. They deduct 13.5% of each sale and you only get paid on 86.5% of each hard to get sale. if you leave or get fire you do not receive any unpaid commission.
