      Pros

      With hard work comes great reward. I see people promoted to managers after one year. Salaries are competitive to other companies and they offer a great commission and bonus program. PLUS the opportunity to travel the world, if you choose to work in one of their global offices. Fun culture with lots of events to participate in.

      Make no mistake- I said hard work comes with great reward. Come in and expect to brought to your next level.

      Pros

      1. The company lets you start working on live/real tasks quick. 2. Compensation maybe decent ( it depends on individual) ...but it may not seem as attractive once you're really working in the company because of factors such as culture and management

      Cons

      1. Micro-managing environment. To the extent of being unreasonable due to inefficient structures and systems in place. So you can imagine, everyone rushing to meet certain deadlines like a mad dog, and all of which could be avoided if forward thinking is in place 2. Commission is not attractive anymore ( for sales), holding back certain percentage of commission to ensure you continue staying in the company. 3. Ineffective administration \ 4. No welfare in office. In terms of pantry supplies. Just a basic water and coffee dispenser 5. Flat structure therefore not easy to get promotion

      Speak to high level individuals, learn about several industries, travel to where events are taking place

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, management is absolutely clueless about anything but maintaining their budget. People that you talk to have a negative perception of IQPC because they bombard people with event invitations daily.
