      Pros

      Great work culture. Everyone that works in here is SUPER NICE! My manager has taught me SO much about sales. The training you will get here you wont get ANYWHERE. Truly great sales experience If you are willing to work hard and learn from the people around you, you'll definitely succeed!

      Cons

      If you are lazy and are not driven you wont grow! So if you're looking for an opportunity to have an easy money job, this is not it.

      Pros

      Opportunity to meet C-level executives.Starbucks is located near by as well as some decent spots for lunch breaks. Konika Minolta on the first floor, go interview there instead.

      Cons

      Worst management you can think of in Tampa! No Sales training or process, everyone creates and manages their " leads" via excel spread sheet, because they won't spend a dime on decent CRM or their people. Majorly underpaid staff and constantly threatened. Everyone with a positive attitude eventually finds another job. They keep saying they are growing, but reality is that they have a very high turnover rate. Micro management every step of the way! Events are distributed based on friendships and chances are you will end up with the event that has never been sold before or had any marketing. Just avoid this company if you have any self-esteem. There are other event companies out there, if that's what you like. I am not just an angry past employer, every sales person here is looking for other opportunities.
