Pros

People here are generally nice. If you like to be given unrealistic expectations with limited resources and work with inexperienced management then you'll survive a couple years.

Cons

Working here on a day to day basis. It's a sweatshop and the company doesn't care about the good of their people. Micro management. Noticed people getting fired and if not fired then threatened to get fired because management can't figure out how to communicate anything clearly. I am not an upset past employee venting just one of the many that realize there is something very strange here and this may encourage you to think.

Learn a lot of difference industries, project management experience, working with cross-functional teams to deliver a project successfully. Ability to form networks outside the company as you are required to do extensive external research.

Cons

Strict project deadlines, so stress levels can go up!

I love working with the diverse Tampa team and the continuous opportunities for growth within both the Tampa and Global offices.

Cons

It is a fast paced, hard working environment. Expections are high to continue the growth. If you are not a driver, it may not be the best fit for you.
