Too much operational work is very time-consuming, preventing marketers from being creative and analyzing data to inform strategy. There is a lack of structure and strategic vision. Leadership can be rude sometimes. There is no investment in learning and development. No opportunities for growth. Low salaries.

I worked at IQPC Singapore, and while the team is generally hardworking, the management has been a major pain point. There's a recurring issue where poor management practices are tolerated, and employees' concerns are often ignored. This has created a toxic work environment, and many talented people are leaving as a result. The company would benefit greatly from improving accountability within the leadership team and fostering better communication between departments. Unfortunately, until these issues are addressed, I can't recommend working here.
