IQPC has a great culture and is by far the best place I have worked. It is an intellectually demanding role, but the support given by team leaders and other departments help you to rise to the challenge. The range of conference topics ensures no month is the same, continually advancing your intellect and ability to produce interesting and relevant agendas. A huge focus at IQPC is topic generation and to come up with fresh, topical issues that will perform well in providing solutions for a range of industries. This is a highly satisfying aspect as it adds that extra dimension to the role. All departments get on really well and there is an excellent 'team' atmosphere, not to mention a lot of celebration of success!

Great company for learning and developing. Working 3 years prior to my start here, I was promoted to Senior Producer within 6 months for achieving targets and exceeding KPI's. I am now managing a producer as well. Lot's of room to be rewarded for your efforts! Social nature within the office and everyone is committed to creating a successful event- profitable for all departments.
