      Pros

      I worked with Great colleagues.

      Cons

      Extreme micromanagement. Underpaid Boss was and is a Bully to my fellow coworkersand myself. Very unethical. Leads by fear and has favouritism. The above pretty much contradicts IQPC values. There is no HR dept in the MiddleEast office to handle any such violations. I had let go off my job as a result of the above.

      Pros

      Great culture , fun place to work , you get what you put in .. Training across the business is second to none .A business that promotes progression for their A grade talent. You career can skyrocket before you know it if you have the drive ,tenacity and commercialism.

      Cons

      Sometimes can have a departmental Silo'd vision, this is a lot better with the new MD in the business , office can have a better look but that is being worked on as I can still smell the fresh paint.

      Pros

      You will become a great multi tasker, but an expert in nothing. Good for graduates with no experience. Easy to get in.

      Cons

      Low salaries across the board. Sales and sponsorship have a very high turnover, production and marketing a little less it seems although they are heavily overworked. At will contract, no job security. Little workforce motivation. Management is disconnected from staff. Production need to roll out a certain number of events to meet quotas and many are born to fail. Poor work/life balance.
