Pros

Outside of where I live, my main apprehension with taking a corporate sales job was my lack of experience. I feared that I would be thrown into a sink-or-swim environment and initially struggle; that definitely isn’t the case at IQPC. Following only a brief time working here, I will undoubtedly be leaving with a higher developed sense of professionalism, sales skills, and heightened understand of working dynamically within a team. While I feel that it is important to pursue ones passion, that didn’t make this decision any easier. After reflecting on what I was going to do, I’ve come to realize how great of a company this is and although I am excited to pursue a more relevant career, the transition will be bittersweet. I want to, again, thank you all for everything that you have done to help and develop me as a salesman; it has definitely been much appreciated.

Cons

It can be difficult position for some, especially if you didn't have any sales experience previously. Having a high business acumen certainly will come in handy, and the right attitude.

Thank you for sharing your experience with IQPC. I couldn't be happier that you were able to use the skills you developed here to move into another role that better aligned with your longer term goals. I am personally proud of the fact that we have given many people who are new to the professional workforce an opportunity to succeed. Some have remained with and grown with IQPC; others have moved on and had successful careers in other fields. Either way it's rewarding to hear that people have been able to benefit from all we offer our employees. Thank you again for sharing this!!

Pros

Work hard and get results the world is literally your oyster. The training is excellent. You have to put the effort in to make your mark but where don't you in life? You get out what you put in. Simple.

Cons

Office decor and furnishings would probably benefit from a bit of make-over if that sort of thing matters to you!

Pros

Can only speak for sales here but if you read a bad review from someone that joined the sales team and did not succeed, it is most likely because sales just wasn't for them or they did not do what was needed to get the job done. I have been here for a few years and have seen many people come and go but the one's who followed the script, listened to the great trainers and leaders within this organization, dedicated the time to perfect their craft, and ultimate treated this like their own business (because that is what sales is - you either do what you need to do to succeed or you just go through the motions and point fingers elsewhere but yourself), these people are the one's who make $$, have a VERY healthy work/personal life balance, come in with a smile every day, and ultimately love their job. Trust me, sales is NOT for everyone, but for someone looking to get into sales and shy away because of some of the negative reviews here, don't worry about them, they just didn't treat this as their own business and sales wasn't right for them. Sales isn't easy, but the platform here will give you everything you need to succeed not only at this company but when you decide to move elsewhere. Plus they lay out exactly what is expected from you in the interview in order for you to succeed - so the folks saying it was 'too much work' obviously didn't get the memo that as a salesman you work on base + commission and after they get laid off because they didn't do what was expected they point fingers and blame others when they should blame themselves. This is a great organization with great people and I would recommend anyone here to join the sales team....that is if you are willing to put in the time and want to make $$.

Cons

It may take a few weeks to get your feet wet with the sales process and getting your sales leads up and running, but that ramp up time is the same anywhere you go. Simple put, you put in the time and effort, you will succeed.
