Pros

IQPC is a brilliant and professional organisation. I received constant support and training throughout the two years and progressed within the company steadily. I was able to work across many different exciting portfolios and work amongst an enthusiastic team of like minded people. I would recommend IQPC to anyone looking to begin or further their sales career.

Cons

The role is very target driven, so do not expect this to be a 9-5 job. It pays off in the end though!

Pros

Good management, good people. Young environment with hard working people. There's a sense of camaraderie. They use the newest technology.

Cons

Very high turnover. This is an environment where you have to produce or you will be shown the door.

Pros

I really cannot think of any.

Cons

Process orientated. Thinking outside the box highly frowned upon and also discouraged. Need to do things as set and scheduled even if it is not working. Low moral by almost all departments. My experience is the middle east but my colleagues across the world had similar experience.
