Good team spirit in IQPC! I earn a lot of money and enjoy the healthy competition on the sales floor! The training that I received as a fresh graduate when I started has enabled me to be a confident salesman!

Great training for Graduates! I was straight out of Uni and they gave me a lot of training in the first 2 weeks!

Cons

-Management are rude and pushy -They only care about the top performers (makes scene) but management would let them steal deals and commission from other team members and not care. - It was like being at school (if you went to the toilet or were 2 mins late back from lunch they would shout abuse at you and embarrass you in front of team members. (the managers) -You will never be good enough! If you hit your target one month they will raise it before the month is over so you then don't reach your target! -Everyone hates it there, all anyone does is moan about how much they hate it! -and finally worst of all they would not verify to my new company that i had worked there! they lied and said they did and then when i ask a friend what was going on they said that even he couldn't do it as they were threatening his job!! REALLY?!!! (luckily my new company knows IQPC reputation and so just trusted me) Work there for a year MAX or they will take all of your passion!!
