Cons
There is so much high turnover here. Management knows this and embraces this by not offering any quality benefits or incentives. You are treated like less than a person and are completely mistrusted. So much so that you can only use vacation that you accrue and will be docked for any overages. The medical and dental plan is so outdated. It is a self funded plan that does not need to conform to the HCA. Taking birth control? No coverage. There is also no room for advancement or growth. These people will throw you under the bus and place blame without hesitation. Don't think that it's only this way for sales. The operations employees are treated just as bad if not worse. It's just not worth the money to work here.
