Pros

The difficulty of the job forces you to up your game or die trying. I am a better sales person because of it.

Cons

They have a revolving door culture and don't allow for employee growth. They deduct 13.5% of each sale and you only get paid on 86.5% of each hard to get sale. if you leave or get fire you do not receive any unpaid commission.

Pros

With hard work comes great reward. I see people promoted to managers after one year. Salaries are competitive to other companies and they offer a great commission and bonus program. PLUS the opportunity to travel the world, if you choose to work in one of their global offices. Fun culture with lots of events to participate in.

Cons

Make no mistake- I said hard work comes with great reward. Come in and expect to brought to your next level.

Pros

There are no positive things to say about IQPC. My only happy day was the day I walked in knowing I was quitting. And they even ruined that by spreading rumors that they fired me when I clearly quit!

Cons

DO NOT WORK HERE, even if you're unemployed, it's better than this dump. Everyone here is a liar. They lie to their prospects saying people will be at their conferences when they know they won't be in attendance. And they expect you to sell that lie too. They don't care about repeat business because you don't receive your commission until months later. And don't even get me started on the actual office space - it is gross. It is dirty, has cockroaches, the fridge always smells, the bathrooms run out of toilet paper and they rarely even provide kitchen soap. They also don't provide any office supplies - be prepared to bring your own stapler, pen holder, notebooks, etc.
