IQPCs bread and butter is cold calling. This includes sales and production. You will be expected to record audio of your calls as ongoing training in cold calling sales. You should know this because it is not legal in state of FL to record a call without all parties agreeing to recording. This will create problems.. No one wants to you when you tell them you're recording. However if you don't you're breaking the law. You will not want this job on your resume if you want a career. If you're ok going job to job it will be fine. Read the fine print on your contract very carefully. It is common for performance issues to read their heads just before commission checks are due and you aren't paid if you're not still in employ. Management practices are shady, management will try new initiatives and staff them up then can everyone quickly when they fail. There is a culture of fear. Turnover is high. White collar crowd doesn't stick around. Too much personal stuff is public. HR especially. Managing director is founders son. No consequences.

VERY fast paced. Unrealistic quotas. Zero job security aka what have you done for me lately.
