Worst place ever. Never ever work here. Better to be unemployed. I quit, thank god. Worked in Marketing and even animals are treated better. They fire and hire like crazy. I worked in Marketing and I saw 29 people and go in a bit over a year. And the marketing team has less than 25 people. So go figure. No company is like this.
Company organises worst possible conferences that lack quality. They only care about money and big names conferences. Quality over quantity doesn't exist in this company. If you dont bring in 400% of what you spend, they will try to eat you apart.
There are three types of people who work at IQPC
1) People who survive for years -- tend to develop a major stick up their back. No respect for employyees. Always look for flaws. Never appreciate good work. Think they own the world.
2) Wannbe IQPC management - sit and talk about people all day. Any IQPC employee will know who I am talking about in the marketing department. The office calls one of the marketing director's the devil. Her and her little posy just sit and gossip and pretend to work and of course they suck up to management.
3) People who dont know what they are getting themselves into - tend be terrified of getting fired.
No work ethics, no employee benefits (they do give insurance but its almost like not having one), no coffee machine, no training, nothing.
And pay? Lets not even go there. They fire people who they think is getting paid too much.
