I've worked at IQPC for over 5 years and have never stopped learning throughout this time. My experience in Marketing is that the company is dedicated to the continued and regular training, nurturing, and professional development of its employees. My managers have always been incredibly supportive and motivating and leading by example which is important to me! I have also been able to take advantage of training beyond the marketing function, with the Management Development Program following the Introduction to Management allowing me to build on my people management skills. Also, the Women in Business Group and mentoring scheme, allowed me to connect with female leaders I had not previously been exposed to and play a role in making changes in the business!
