My time at IQPC has been rewarding. It’s a dynamic work environment for aspiring marketers. The marketing team is known for its creativity, innovation, and flexibility, allowing team members to experiment with new ideas and approaches. The supportive and collaborative culture within both teams and the wider company fosters a positive and productive work environment. I have worked with colleagues who are both skilled professionals but also a lot of fun, making it enjoyable to work alongside them. The role offers significant opportunities for professional growth. Team members are given responsibility and autonomy, allowing them to take ownership of their projects and learn new skills. Marketers are given a level of responsibility which might not always be the case at other companies which helps build maturity and opens up future opportunities. It’s also a fast-paced, commercial environment which gives staff real insight into the world of business and the critical role of marketing in driving growth. Additionally, I have had some great managers who were very open and supportive with real guidance.
