      Pros

      Great training with good advancement opportunities. I was chosen to take part in the "Introduction to Management Training" programme which is an online course supported by in-person workshops with the UK Managing Director. Working with many people and project teams across the UK business which provides variety. Working my way up from a graduate hire, the senior management in the marketing department has helped me progress whether it's through mentoring, training or conflict resolution. The marketing onboarding process is full of training from members from across the team.

      The fast-paced environment is not for everyone.

      Pros

      The Operations team is a family, the support from management is amazing and it makes working for the company enjoyable. The job is hectic and always busy but everyone in the team pulls together to help each other.

      Cons

      The hours can be long but this is common in any operations role.

      - Commission structure is great - If you can apply yourself and are really motivated by money and making money this is the place to be. -If you want to progress there are clear channels and training to do this, equally you can earn really good money not climbing the management ladder. -Real focus on training and how to improve on sales calls, emailing and just general knowledge on the events. - People are really nice - 2 days in the office, great for flexibility. - Monthly drinks

      Cons

      - Sometimes your performance is based on the event you are on, which can be disheartening for people.
