IQPC gives employees the opportunity for employees to experience the fast-paced environment of events, all while taking responsibility on the end goals. It has a real 'start-up' feel where people need to work hard and deliver results, but has a family feel within the company. If you're wanting to learn, grow, and become the best in your role, IQPC is definitely the place to work! There is also significant opportunities for internal and external training - for me, there have been no roadblocks in helping me excel in my career.

Started off as a Senior SM and have progressed to Divisional Director in 18 months. Having worked in Sales for 20 years the ongoing training IQPC offer is invaluable. I have found the senior leadership team to be very supportive and encouraging. Having worked in many sales environments I was surprised by the collaborations between sales individuals, there was very little back stabbing, just a healthy competition. It is a fun place to work, with the potential to earn a serious amount of commission. IQPC offer real flexibility to working parents and has an ideal mix of days in the office vs WFH.
