Pros

IQPC is a company that focuses on training and development like no other. I came here two years after working at another organization after college and everything I know about sales I learned from IQPC! The managers and the senior team will focus on developing you based on your strengths and weaknesses which is something I haven’t seen in other companies.

Cons

Base is average and sometimes low but commission earning makes up for it. With Covid-19 it’s been a bumpy ride, but the team makes it worth it.

- Good (not great) place to learn sales processes and the value of hard work (read value, not benefit)

Cons

- This is about the most vanilla job opportunity you will ever find. Don't expect any excitement or a huge learning opportunity. Very by-the-numbers organization with zero imagination (conference industry). - Those that have been with the company for a while get the existing, obvious accounts for each conference. Cage match for all junior reps, calling into the same accounts with zero processes. - I'd rate the CEO but I have no idea who he/she is. Only upper management that came into the office was an english gentleman that taught us how to pick up chicks at the bar as a sales lesson. - Old (maybe current) sales lead used to always tell us how important his friends are and how they all have amazing jobs and make vaults of money (this is the culture of IQPC)
