- Sales Training is one of the best; It covers everything from initial contact to different styles of closing. - The division's leadership, Chris Ritchie, is world-class / Has phenomenal people skills, will build you up as a person before trying to make you a top performing employee - The potential to succeed is there, but despite glassdoor reviews, you need to have the leverage/patience/ability to withstand your account building process to last in the business - Exit Opportunities are good: If you have a good skillset built already; What you learn here will mold you to become a better version of that. Tough environment, but rewarding - Diamonds are rocks that were pressurized.. - Mentorship: Again Chris is a rock-star / Able to lead on a global scale / Superb EQ/IQ and will work on you to become the best version of yourself. - Future is looking bright given the direction

Cons

- Pay could be better to avoid talent getting poached - Organizational improvements/investments are necessary to bring the company to the tipping point they are aiming for - Large gaps in the quality of the workforce - Most people are either great at what they do or bad / The in-between are difficult to find

Cons

Management not always on the same page. Training was a little lacking. High turn over rate.

IQPC Exchange Tampa offers a tremendous opportunity to gain insights into a global company and work with some of the top executives from some of the top professionals in the world. You will receive continued training and be given opportunities for advancement if you perform. I have watched people grow in their department and some move to other departments and be very successful. The opportunity we deliver is top notch and the people who are successful here are passionate about it. Our portfolio of events continues to grow because of our talent and the product we put into the market, it is a very exciting industry!

Cons

There is always room for improvement and the management teams appreciates the candid feedback from our teams. IQPC Exchange is not for everyone. The people that are successful here are smart, driven, work well in a fast paced environment and can think on their feet. If you do not fit those qualifications, you will probably find the environment challenging. We are looking for drivers that want to make an impact.
