I’m closing in on my 4th year at IQPC now, this still being my first job out of college. Over those 4 years, I’ve watched IQPC grow into a company that now has a very consistent tendency, which is to build employees that are successful and happy. This stretches across the board from Sponsorship Sales, Marketing, Production, etc. There are a few key factors that make IQPC a great place to start as a recent grad, or someone who is looking to take the next step to elevate their career. First is the coaching & training. You’ll rarely find a place where your peers and managers will go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. Training is ongoing at IQPC, and there are always new ways to help you improve your skill set. Everyone wants to see everyone succeed, which it’s a great feeling. Second is growth. There is no ceiling to how much money you can make, and no positions(Manager, Director, etc.) that you can't get to in a reasonable amount of time. Last is a great work-life balance. The hours are very reasonable, we have a lot of company wide parties, baseball games, boat cruises, happy hours, etc. and IQPC has helped many of their employees to build foundations for a great life & for their family. IQPC is a company where you will get as much as you put into it. This place isn’t necessarily a fit for everyone. The people who have reflected poorly on IQPC tend to be past employees who weren’t willing push & challenges themselves day in and day out. The employees that thrive here are the people who are open minded, self-motivated, competitive, and excited to excel.
