Pros

Hands down the training- Paul, Sean, Michael Ringo and Bill Penney are hands down the best people to learn the skill sets in sales that have made me love sales and become successful in this industry. Management in Delegate Acquisition, in general, is patient, the best learning experience for anyone new to sales and for the most the managers are willing to put in the extra work for their team to succeed.

Cons

The environment.- creating an environment that is formatted to compete with one another ( literally your team or any other sales team, EQ especially ) in such a hostile way is not creating a competitive environment that is supposed to motivate you - it wears you down and made coming into work unambitious and miserable which ultimately resulted in leaving. The base salary is ridiculously low compared to competitive companies which why most people do leave.

Pros

I had a great experience at IQPC. As someone new to sales, I was uncertain about what to expect, and had little previous sales training. However, my manager, Vinny Rama, helped me every step of the way. He was extremely supportive of my growth, and helped to alleviate my uncertainties as I learned their sales process. Vinny was great because as a manager he balanced an atmosphere of solid training and support with the freedom his team needed to make the sales process their own. Very simply, the sales training I got through Vinny and IQPC helped to forge the beginnings of a new career as a successful salesperson. They gave me a solid framework for how to engage prospects, while Vinny modeled the value of doing so in a sincere manner.

Cons

Depending upon your personality, IQPC may not be the right place if you're put off by a competitive atmosphere, and an intense training experience in every aspect of sales, from prospecting to closing.
