- Usually relaxed with time off - US gets flex days (3 hours off early for the week) - Benefits are decent

Once a month RTO Salary is not delayed benefits is okay same as other companies 5,500 php pluxee bonus every december annual bonus good for fresh starters only not for tenured employees

Local office counterparts of client services implements no SL anymore 2025 updated (goodluck) local office counterparts implements 1 month a head if you want VL, if you're stressed u cannot file easily stressful work low salary increase 500php up to 700 per year only 2 productivity trackers, 1 time and motion (can be entered manually or not truthfully 😅
