*hybrid set up *good culture

Cons

*unrealistic deadlines *accepted the job thinking I'd be reporting on-site for once a month then it turned out you had to do it 5 days a week. Had no issues with this if it was at all accessible, but the commute time and expenses isn't at all feasible for an entry level position. - basically if you're from far away and they hired you it's your fault you can't afford it.
